What type of customer are you?
CUSTOMER WITH MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
- Clich on the button "Download File"
- If nothing happens and the download doesn't start, right-click and choose "Save Link As"
- Choose a path to save the “Tv_Client_it.exe” file
- Run the file, then provide us the "ID Code" and "Password"
CUSTOMER WITHOUT MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
- Click on the button "Download PDF"
- Fill it in its various parts to execute the request
- Send it via email to our address service@eurosoftsrl.it
- After receiving the email we will make the connection. Please read the conditions of use carefully
How does Teamviewer work?
Using TeamViewer is simple:
- The client open the file "TV_Client_it.exe" and provides Eurosoft ID and password (unique for each session).
- Eurosoft staff starts the support session, and through the customer's authorization can work remotely on his PC.
- Each of the two interlocutors can close the session at any time
TeamViewer is an extremely secure solution for remote assistance, which uses absolutely secure data channels with Key Exchange and AES (256 Bit) Session Encoding and therefore correspond to https/SSL security standards.
The main problems in using remote assistance software are generally caused by Firewalls, blocked ports and NAT Routers for local IP addresses: with TeamViewer these difficulties will no longer constitute a problem: TeamViewer finds the remote PC even with Firewall.
All you need to do to use the software is to open the executable file “TV_Client_it.exe”.
