With the online service that can be used by the Customer Area of our website www.eurosoftsrl.it – "Remote Assistance Request" section, the temporary remote Online Support service is requested and authorized which allows via connection to the Internet and the services purchased by Eurosoft at Iperius Remote, to provide us with the remote control service and access to a specific computer of our computer system.

It is specified that:
1. This intervention in Iperius Remote is to be considered EXTRA MAINTENANCE
2. A fixed contribution of €. 25.00 + VAT for technological support
will be charged for the Iperius Remote connection 3. Any works/services not included in the assistance service will be charged at the usual rates agreed with the customer.
To use the service you need:
- that the computer on which it is to be accessed is connected directly to the Internet or, in the case of a Server, is connected to a Computer with Administrator rights.
- that a back-up copy of the computer data has been made beforehand, especially the data subject to the intervention.
Under no circumstances will Eurosoft or one of its technicians be charged for any damage caused unintentionally due to an incorrect operation, to the computer or to the data contained in it.
The remote assistance service must be carried out within 24 hours from the time of the request. After this period, a new request must be made. Any connection must always be agreed in advance with the Eurosoft support service.
Interventions must be requested during the working hours and period normally in force for Eurosoft staff, excluding Saturdays and public holidays, unless special agreements are indicated separately.
Eurosoft declines all responsibility in all cases in which there is impossibility of fulfillment due to causes of force majeure attributable to third parties (for example the lack of an Internet connection).
Behavior for the protection of personal data residing on customer computers
In harmony with the provisions of current legislation, Mr. Valletti Pierpaolo, responsible for corporate privacy, has instructed and trained its representatives on the rules of conduct to be adopted to guarantee data confidentiality. Each Eurosoft representative was informed about the rules to be adopted to minimize the risk of accidental loss or dissemination of any personal data stored on customer computers.
