The Archimede - Euronics project was born from the idea of giving affiliates an agile, intuitive and rapid tool, able to allow the management of sales, warehouse, orders and purchases from suppliers, automatic management of estimates and orders, intervention/maintenance reports and everything concerning the shops Euronics, Euronics Point and Euronics City.
This package based on the standard Archimede procedure, has been extended and customized with programs dedicated to having the functionality of the product in relation to the needs of Euronics affiliates.

Sales Management
The program manage all sales operations, both commercial documents that invoices and transport documents. It is possible to link the sale to the issue of commercial document that fully meets the requirements of the new .xml 7.0 path. The creation of the electronic invoice is integrated and intuitive and allows the management of notifications and the storage
Database Import
The program, synchronizing with the DIMO system, updates the warehouse price lists by presenting three distinct screens: one for affiliated products, a subsequent information for products that are not in the retailer's warehouse, one for new items; allow you to queue the warehouse labels that you want to print and load the warehouse according to the warehouse bill flow.
Consultation of price lists
It allows you to easily carry out searches on products or groups of products, very useful for speeding up the phase of the counter sale. It is possible to search by "article code" - "barcode" - product / brand and keywords cross, "new" products, "notes field", subtype and color or by Dimo availability. This dashboard allows you to manage stock reordering, view the updated costs of the products and compose your cart of items to be purchased and send a customized order directly to Dimo by FTP connection.
Promo and Flyers
This procedure allows you to acquire the "Euronics Flyer" file to automatically manage promotions. At the end of the promotional period, the sales prices will return to those proposed in "List 1" by Dimo. Each product can be managed either to create the new label with a promotional price or to order the product and append the label. At the same time it will be possible to manage promotional labels with customized logos for each flyer.
Check back-order
It is a direct connection to the Dimo warehouse, useful for checking the situation of the goods in order. The "update" button allows you to update the connection. Products highlighted in yellow are still available in branches.
Fidelity Card management
It is possible to manage customer loyalty by releasing cards that can be reached by barcode. By assigning these cards, you can easily manage the accumulation of your customers' points linked to the sales made, to create promotions and discounts.
Statistics management
It allows you to quickly obtain prints to view comparisons on sold and purchased, sorting by code - product - brand - sector, within selected periods. It is also possible to make a useful comparison with the statistics of the previous year for the desired period.
